I am 20 years old, need an Adult Circumcision because of Phimosis, a very tight foreskin, which will not retract further than half way. What do you suggest please, should I keep the Frenulum, please explain.Thank you, Paul

Dear Paul, Thank you for considering us for an Adult Circumcision.  You have Phimosis and I would suspect, this will not be cured with medications or stretching.  You need an Adult Circumcision. Very probably you can keep your Frenulum, but 80% of our patients elect to have it removed, especially if it is involved in an inflammatory process.  Hoping that gets you off to a good start. Please see before and after photos of our work on our web-site
