Overweight man seeks Circumcision Revision

Dr. Reed, Looking for a tighter circumcision.  Am 50 and have gain some weight in the last 20 years.  My employment has become more office based.  Alex

Dear Alex,

There is an important difference between a concealed or buried penis and a loose circumcision .  If you stand in front of a full length mirror and lift your lower abdominal skin.  Tell me if the situation of a “loose circumcision” is corrected.  If so, you should not have a circumcision revsion you need a pubic lift.  If you persist and you’ll find a doctor who will do it.  You may look better when flaccid but erect, you will note your pubic skin and scrotum are being drawn onto the shaft of your penis.  You will have a truncated look at the base rather than a uniform column coming out from your pubis.

Then you may not be happy.

With kindest regards,

Buried, hidden or concealed penis, His head looks like a mushroom cap surmounted on a pubis, no visible shaft

The shaft concealed by the fat and blousing skin is now visible, once again

Another post op (without stretching).
